If the order arrives damaged or wrong, or tracking never shows it delivered, you have 15 days from delivery to write to us and we refund the full amount to your original payment method — no return shipping, no restocking fee. What we can’t do is take an item back once it has shipped just because you changed your mind, and we say so up front rather than in the fine print.
